Merrill Pereyra has over 35 years of experience in the QSR industry globally. He joined Pizza Hut in 2019, and under his leadership, Pizza Hut India Subcontinent has reached remarkable milestones, growing to over 800+ stores and expanding into more than 200 cities across India. His focus on technology and operational agility has driven substantial growth in the delivery channel as well. Merrill has led some of the major QSR brands in various global markets across 23 geographies in Middle East, South Pacific, Australia and Asia.
Committed to continuous learning, Merrill is an alumnus of prestigious institutions such as Harvard Business School, Wharton University and INSEAD. He is also an avid reader and enjoys sharing his leadership insights through writing. Additionally, Merrill has also authored a book ‘Expand Your Brand, how to supersize any brand, anywhere in the world’.
