Avinash serves as President – Jubilant Foodworks and brings with him over 30 years of work experience in the world of FMCG, Food Service and Retail. He is a key member of the management team that has been instrumental in leading the brands like Domino’s International ( Bangladesh & Sri Lanka) and Hong’ s Kitchen through significant transformation, steering it towards sustainable growth and innovation.
At Jubilant, Avinash has also spearheaded the adoption of cutting-edge technology to enhance operations which has resulted in enhanced efficiency and reduced environmental impact across various functions including Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing and General Management. He also heads Quality/Food Safety/Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
President of Jubilant Foodworks since February 2015, he has been instrumental in transforming the Supply Chain and Quality Assurance processes including the procurement of all direct and indirect products and services. He has also set in place seamless processes of managing the manufacturing and distribution of perishable food products across India that are transported to 421+ towns.
Prior to joining Jubilant FoodWorks, Avinash led the Supply Chain and International Trade at McCain Foods Pvt. Ltd. An 8-year tenure at P&G saw him handle responsibilities in Planning, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. At Coca-Cola India, Avinash served as the procurement head for 5 years and in a two-year stint at Reliance Retail he was responsible for setting up the supply chain for the staples category. In his 4-year tenure at Al Foah Co. UAE Avinash, was also responsible for establishing the Indian subsidiary, and spent over 2 years running his own venture.
Avinash holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and a Post-Graduation in Industrial Engineering from IIM Mumbai. On the personal front, he is married to Neeti and has a son, Archit.
