FOOD CONNOISSEURS INDIA CONVENTION 2021

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the whole flavor and ingredient of the restaurant industry, making it the worst affected segment across the globe that came to a halt for almost six months. From restaurants closing their doors for almost six continuous months, to top Indian brands shutting their shops permanently and some even coming back in action with flying colours, year 2020 gave a lot to the sector with few horror and few remarkable stories to be shared in the future.

In the last few decades restaurant owners, chefs, developers, suppliers and everyone directly and indirectly associated with the food and restaurant industry have diligently worked to carve a new future for food service and entertainment. Food Connoisseurs India conference and awards 2021 will talk and debate about the biggest development and innovation that the industry has witnessed during the pandemic and in the last few years.

In this conference we will talk about all the innovation that the industry encountered, be it food innovations as we will see a paradigm shift in food consumption as people are looking at healthier choices with 45% of young adults making healthier food choices by 2021, technological advancements, delivery brands winning it big, to the cultural shift the industry has gone through.
