Chiquita is an award winning celebrated chef and co-founder of Paschion Restaurants, that ran Spice Market, an Indian regional food speciality Restaurant & bar in New Delhi from 2008 to 2023, the recently launched Call Chotu Diner & Bar, along with three Internet Restaurant brands – Call Chotu, Yours Truly Butter Chicken and Nayi Dilli ke Paranthe since 2019, and Bespoke Catering Services since 2012.
An alumnus of Les Roches International School of Hotel Management – Switzerland, a Leading Global Hospitality School, Chiquita has previously worked at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel in London and was part of the opening team of the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
She led her company in the launch of three new cloud kitchen brands in 2019 – Call Chotu, Yours Truly Butter Chicken and Nayi Dilli ke Paranthe, that are focused on high quality comfort Indian food at affordable prices.
She, along with her co-founder, has grown these brands 60X in order volume over the last 4 years with presence at 6 locations in Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida. She is now working on expanding these brands to physical QSR stores within Delhi NCR and other cities. She has successfully transformed Call Chotu into an All Day Diner & Bar at Saket, which opened its doors in June 2024.
