A passionate hotelier with over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Sudhir embarked on his career in Food & Beverage Operations and later transitioned to Banquet Sales & Marketing to broaden his expertise.
With a diverse set of skills and enthusiastic attitude, Sudhir was appointed as the Director of Catering Sales at The Taj Palace Hotel, New Delhi, one of the largest banqueting hotel in the country. Leading the Sales division for over 05 consecutive years, Sudhir played a pivotal role in achieving remarkable success. Through the collective efforts, commitment, and dedication of the entire team, they generated a revenue exceeding INR 100 Crores in a single financial year.
Aiming for greater heights and with a desire to function in a dynamic environment, Sudhir decided to lead the Bespoke Outdoor Catering Brand of The Indian Hotels Company Limited – ‘Soulinaire’.
Launched in 2019, Soulinaire is a one-of-its-kind luxury food & beverage concept designed to bring together culinary expertise, signature hospitality and service philosophy inspired by over 350+ marquee restaurants of the IHCL.
As the General Manager of an innovative portfolio, Sudhir has been actively involved in product development and enhancement along with increasing the brand’s visibility. His valuable experience and expertise enabled him to successfully navigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 Global Pandemic during the initial months of Soulinaire. Sudhir’s guidance was instrumental in achieving a revenue of INR 10 crores in the first financial year.
Under Sudhir’s leadership, Soulinaire has established its position as a preferred choice for luxury dining experiences in the Delhi-NCR market. In February 2024, the company announced its expansion into the West with a new unit in Ahmedabad ‘Kristar Serviced by Soulinaire’. This year, Soulinaire is projected to achieve a revenue of INR 65 crores, showcasing its continued growth and success in the industry.
