Mr. Ranjit Paliath is Chief Executive Officer of Lite Bite Foods Pvt. Ltd. since 2021, bringing with him extensive experience in business operations, restaurant enablement, regional marketing, business expansion, and information technology. Before joining Lite Bite Foods, he held key leadership roles at Hardcastle Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. (McDonald’s India), where he gained significant expertise in driving operational excellence and business growth.
A Hotel Management graduate from IHM Bangalore, Ranjit also holds a degree in Hamburgerology from Hamburger University, Oak Brook, Illinois, USA. Under his leadership, Lite Bite Foods has accelerated its growth and expansion, with a strong focus on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic development. As CEO, he is responsible for shaping the company’s vision, leading executive decision-making, and driving sustainable business growth. Outside of work, Ranjit is passionate about traveling and is an avid cricket enthusiast.
