Vikas Shukla

Vikas Shukla is a retail and business development professional with 18+ years of experience across the F&B, retail leasing, sales and business development sectors. He holds a Postgraduate Degree in Sales, Distribution and Marketing Operations from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, completed between 2001 and 2003, and studied at St. Xavier's, Kanpur.

He currently serves as Head of Leasing and Business Development at Boba Bhai, where he is responsible for driving the brand’s nationwide expansion, with a focus on retail real estate, site selection, commercial negotiations, landlord relationships and national store rollouts. His current mandate is to support Boba Bhai’s rapid expansion while ensuring quality locations and retail execution.

Prior to joining Boba Bhai in January 2026, Vikas spent nearly 12 years with House of Candy, joining the company in 2014 as a Sales Manager when the brand operated from a single kiosk. He progressed through multiple roles, including National Sales & Operations Manager and eventually Business Head. During his tenure, he was involved in scaling the brand’s footprint to 300+ stores across India, overseeing sales, business development, expansion and team management.
