For over a decade, Indrajit Lahiri has worked at the intersection of food, culture, storytelling and entrepreneurship. Beginning as one of India's earliest food bloggers through Moha Mushkil, he went on to co-found Foodka in 2017, helping redefine food storytelling in Eastern India by documenting the people, history and culture behind food.

Today, Foodka has evolved into a knowledge-led ecosystem spanning content, consulting, creative production and entrepreneurial education, while Indrajit also plays a strategic leadership role as Co-founder & Brand Strategist at Eastern Staple.
