For over 25 years, Yogesh Jhunjhunwala has been shaping the evolution of food packaging solutions in India, transforming Neeyog Packaging from a supply-chain focused organization into an integrated packaging solutions partner for the HoReCa and food service industry. Beginning his journey in 2001, Yogesh built Neeyog with a vision to understand the evolving needs of food businesses and create a reliable supply ecosystem around them. Under his leadership, the company expanded its expertise across multiple packaging categories including plastic, paper, bagasse, cornstarch and aluminium solutions, while building long term partnerships with restaurants, QSRs, cafés, cloud kitchens and food brands. Recognizing the changing requirements of the industry, Yogesh introduced Paknserve Business Solutions to develop specialized packaging solutions, including paper food packaging, reusable sipper solutions, cups and customized products designed for modern food businesses. A significant transformation phase began with the development of OEM manufacturing capabilities from 2019 onwards. Through investments in injection molding, thermoforming and paper bag manufacturing capabilities, Neeyog strengthened its ability to deliver customized, scalable and quality-driven packaging solutions. Today, Neeyog serves 4,000+ customers worldwide with 2,000+ packaging solutions and a growing supply-chain ecosystem. Continuing his focus on future-ready innovation, Yogesh has introduced solutions such as Dinera Bio, a plant-based sustainable packaging range, and Blazon Fire, a plant-based fire safety solution focused on safer alternatives. His vision is to build a standardized, reliable and sustainable packaging ecosystem that introduces innovative solutions to meet the future needs of the food industry.
