Rajat Agrawal

Mr. Rajat Agrawal, Chief Executive Officer of Barista Coffee, is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience across strategy, financial advisory, retail, food & beverage, and business transformation. As CEO, he leads the organisation’s overall business strategy, operations, growth agenda and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on building a scalable, sustainable and consumer-led business. Since taking on the leadership of Barista, Rajat has played a pivotal role in accelerating the brand’s growth, expanding its network from approximately 120 stores to 550+ outlets across India, Sri Lanka and Maldives. A Chartered Accountant, Rajat qualified from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2005. Prior to joining Barista, he worked with EY, Grant Thornton, and Deloitte across Assurance and Financial Advisory, with experience spanning F&B, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, education and other industries.
