Managing Director,
United Coffee House Restaurants
A seasoned entrepreneur and one of the foundational partners behind Ironhill India, a fast-growing craft brewery brand that has helped redefine India’s microbrewery landscape in the country, has a background in engineering and a keen business instinct. Vidhatha brings a rare blend of technical precision and passion for food, brewing and hospitality to India’s craft beer movement.
Vidhatha’s journey in the F&B industry began in his 20s with Prost, one of India’s early independent brewery concepts. There, he honed his understanding of operational challenges in a nascent craft beer market and helped establish a blueprint for quality and consistency in brewing and service.
As a partner at Ironhill, Vidhatha oversees key strategic functions including new site development, infrastructure execution and operational readiness, ensuring that each location not only delivers great craft beer but is built to last and scale. His focus on design, construction and property stewardship reflects his belief that the right physical environment is as crucial to the guest experience as the quality of what’s in the glass. A true passionate learner and foodie, Vidhatha’s exposure to global brewery cultures particularly in the UK and beyond, has deeply influenced his approach at Ironhill. This global sensibility is paired with a grounded understanding of Indian consumer tastes, helping the brand craft beers and experiences that resonate locally while meeting international benchmarks.
Under his leadership and collaborative vision with co-founders, Ironhill has emerged as one of India’s most dynamic craft brewing platforms and the country’s fastest growing brands. The brand has been recognised several times on national platforms for its F&B excellence. It was also recently recognized on the international stage when Ironhill’s Golden Ale won the Chairman’s Selection Award at Beer Asia 2025, underscoring the quality and competitive edge of its brewing portfolio.
Beyond brewing and operations at Ironhill, Vidhatha’s entrepreneurial footprint extends into related hospitality and beverage ventures, reflecting his broad commitment to elevating India’s dining and craft beverage experiences. His cross-sector experience as a co-founder of multiple companies across Soul of South, The Purple Turtles, Loca Loka, Prost, Pi Kitchens, Vidhatha’s influence extends well beyond brewing. It also gives him a unique vantage on both business infrastructure and consumer-centric innovation which is a combination that continues to shape Ironhill’s expansion and influence in the F&B ecosystem.
Today, Vidhatha remains committed to strengthening Ironhill’s footprint across key markets driving initiatives that enhance brand visibility, operational excellence and community engagement. His leadership is grounded in a belief that great craft beer is not just about taste but more about culture, place and memorable shared experiences.
