Randeep Bajaj is the Founder of Ambrosia Hospitality, a New Delhi-based hospitality company with over a decade of experience creating and operating restaurant concepts. The group’s journey has included brands such as Town Hall, Amour Bistro and Arts Room, spanning everything from neighbourhood dining to large-format restaurants and bars.

Today, Ambrosia Hospitality is evolving into a multi-brand, multi-format food business. Alongside Amour Bistro and Arts Room, Randeep is building a new generation of focused food brands including Layla’s – Shawarma & Middle Eastern Kitchen, Kuro – Sushi & Asian Delivery, Union Sandwiches, Roxy’s Pizza and V are Vegan.

His current focus is on how restaurant businesses can adapt to changing consumer habits – combining strong food and brand identity with delivery, technology, leaner operating models and formats that have the potential to scale.
