Kersi Marker

Kersi Marker has been Chief Operating Officer of Monarch Liberty Hospitality since August 2025, overseeing operations across EVE, Que Sera Sera and TAT. He most recently spearheaded the launch of Sorena, the group’s newest and largest brand, taking it from concept to opening. With over 3 decades in India’s hospitality and F&B industry, including senior roles at Bastian Hospitality, EHV International, and Massive Restaurants, and a hand in bringing Hard Rock Café, Pizza Hut, and Ping Pong to India. Marker continues to bring operational discipline and scalable systems to Monarch’s growth, working closely with Founder and Director Sumit Govind Sharma.
