Kush Kapoor

CEO & Director – Roseate Hotels & Resorts, Kush Kapoor started his career as a room boy with The Trident, Udaipur & Trident Cochin after completing his ‘Hotel Management’ diploma from IHM Hyderabad.  With over 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry Mr. Kapoor has covered the most iconic hotels during his hospitality career across India including ‘Oberoi Group’, ‘The Taj Group’ of hotels and ‘The Leela Group’ and has many laurels to his feat.

In 2016 he launched Roseate Hotels & Resorts Brand in India which has become an iconic Luxury hotel Brand in India. He has been awarded with the Innovative Hotelier of the Year India, 2010 award by Hotelier India.  Other awards include 5 star Diamond Award by American Academy Of Hospitality Sciences for 2009 -2010, Best Hotel, Best Convention Hotel & Best Spa Hotel in India for 2010-2011 & 2011-12, 2017-18, 18-2019, by Bloomberg International, Best Hotel for Business Travel by Safari India, National Tourism Award 2010, Best New Spa in India by AsiaSpa for 2009-2010 & 2010-2011, Best Coffee shop, Best Bar, Best Indian Specialty Restaurant, Best Italian Specialty Restaurant in the city by Times Food Guide during his stint at Leela Kempinski Hotel & Residences, Gurgaon.

In addition to the above Mr. Kapoor was a Certified Departmental Trainer from Taj Corporate Office and has been on the panel for the inspection and classification of the hotels in NCR region by HRANI committee.

In personal life Mr. Kapoor is happily married and enjoys travelling, listening to good music and staying fit. As a fitness junkie, Mr. Kapoor has benchmarked SIX SIGMA Green Belt, Black Belt Trainer & Master Black Belt, certified by RABQSA, a Global body formed in 2005 by Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) of USA and Quality Society of Australasia (QSA) of Australia, completed Psychology certificate course from Oxford, Tai Chi from Harvard University, Is a certified Happiness Coach, completed General Managers Program from Cornell University.

Served as CHAIRMAN for National Council on Tourism & Hospitality, ASSOCHAM for 2021-23. 

The Brand Roseate has created its own unique 20 + sustainable products (Roseate Mithai, Roseate Chocolates, Roseate Teas, Roseate Coffee, Roseate Macaroon, Roseate Candles, Roseate incense sticks, Roseate water, Roseate ice creams). Roseate Brand has taken the lead in Hospitality Industry by integrating Ayurveda, AI technology & Sustainability with each other as part of its Innovation strategy. 

Launched Holistic Wellness center with Ayurvedic doctors & therapist on board with unique therapies (Marma, Meru, Yoga, CST, Accupunture, Kaal Gyani, Dhoot Nadi, Nadi).

The Brand has developed its own AI technology where the hotel rooms open with the mobile, check in with mobile, ordering room service with mobile, etc.

The brand is the only 1^st Brand in India which is 100 % free from refined sugar (we use jiggery, khaand, date sugar for all our bakery & desert products). 

Mr. Kapoor is also a TEDx speaker as he love’s passing on his knowledge & leranings to his listeners.

In terms of enhancing ones own Knowledge & skills, he is currently pursuing

• Phd in Business Management from Chitkara University (Punjab). Completing in Sep, 2026.
• Completed my General Manager course from Cornell University, USA.
• 3 Year Master in Science ( Msc ) Degree in Maharishi Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi Ayurveda University in IOWA State, USA. Completed in June, 2026.
• 1 Year Shaolin Temple course from Germany (Learning Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Daoism, Buddhism, Martial Arts, etc.).
• Breatheology course, Sri Sri 200 Hrs Yoga Teachers Training course & Mudra Teacher course, Marma Practitioner.
• Certified Independent Director from IICA (Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs,  Govt. of India).
• Pursuing Generative AI certificate course from ISB.
