Kula Naidu

For over a decade, Kula has honed his expertise in food, hospitality & branding. Born in Malaysia with South Indian roots, he grew up immersed in diverse flavours, fostering a deep passion for Asian cuisine.

In 2007, he moved to New Delhi and started his journey in food gaining invaluable first-hand experience, while building his foundation. In 2012, he launched FoodCraft, starting with Asian Haus, later expanding the list of brands to Sushi Haus, Masala Haus, Amma’s Haus, and FoodCraft Catering, known for innovative packaging and pioneering food delivery.

In 2015, Kula joined hands with Sid Mathur, propelling Secret Ingredient, a food and hospitality consultancy advising some of the best and brightest, curating and building f&b projects.

Kula founded Bomba in 2023, a pizzeria & taqueria serving Italian pizzas, soft-shell tacos and handmade pastas in a vibrant, lively, pet-friendly setting. In 2024, he went on to launch Niko – an understated Japanese influenced modern Asian restaurant with a Omakase bar.

With over two decades of experience & insight in hospitality and F&B industry, Kula now focuses on conceptualizing and delivering end-to-end solutions as a consultant.
