Chef Mayank Tiwari

Chef Mayank Tiwari is the Executive Chef at PVR INOX Limited, bringing extensive expertise in luxury hospitality and contemporary cuisine to the cinema industry. A graduate of the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France, he specialises in Classical, Mediterranean and Contemporary French cuisine. His culinary journey includes stints with Olive Bar & Kitchen and Smoke House Deli, along with working alongside acclaimed chefs including Antonio Carluccio and Rahul Akerkar.

At PVR INOX, Chef Mayank leads the culinary direction and F&B experience across the company’s diverse cinema formats in India and Sri Lanka, including premium concepts such as Director’s Cut and Maison. He drives menu innovation and culinary experiences that bring together global influences, modern techniques and local preferences, making F&B an integral part of the overall moviegoing experience.
