Mr. Sahil Baweja, Director – Pendulo, Potions, Chica Loca by Sunny Leone & Boombox (Perseva Partners), is a food and beverage entrepreneur, investor-director and operator with experience across international QSRs, casual dining, licensed entertainment IP, celebrity-led hospitality, restobars, nightlife, cocktail theatre and chef-driven fine dining. At Perseva Partners, he leads brand creation and commercial direction, with a focus on market fit, capital strategy, product, operating systems and expansion. His journey includes Carl’s Jr. India and IHOP, along with the development of Chica Loca and Potions with Sunny Leone, Roadies Koffeehouse, and original experiential brands such as Pendulo. He has also been involved in the acquisition, repositioning and expansion of Boombox. Sahil holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from the University of Windsor.
