He leads R&D and culinary innovation across Tata Consumer Products’ foods and beverages portfolio, including Tata Sampann, Ching’s Secret, Smith & Jones, Soulfull, Tata Salt and Beverages, translating category strategy into product innovation, channel design and commercialisation at scale. He architects kitchen and lab infrastructure, drives HoReCa and QSR strategy, and builds cross-functional systems that move an idea from concept to shelf. His expertise spans culinary innovation, recipe development, sensory evaluation, pre-opening hotel operations, QSR innovation, kitchen and lab designing and HoReCa strategy. He holds a Bachelor’s in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition from Institute of Hotel Management, Goa.
