Chef Vaibhav Bhargava

Chef Vaibhav Bhargava, Food Consultant and Director of ABV Hospitalities Pvt Ltd, began his journey in the vibrant streets of Delhi, a city known for its rich heritage and unforgettable flavors. Growing up in Darya Ganj, he was surrounded by a melting pot of cultures, which shaped his early love for cooking. With over 20 years of experience, he has worked with some of India’s top names, starting with JP Group, ITC Hotels, and Hyatt, before expanding his expertise at Olive Bar & Kitchen and Guppy by Ai. His international exposure includes training under Chef Rene Redzepi at Noma, Denmark. As a partner in ABV Hospitalities, he leads CHO, a Vietnamese restaurant in Delhi, and has opened new dining concepts across India, including Takashi, Kikoba, and Mary Lou’s, blending innovation with authenticity.
